Sean Henderson

Sean Henderson is the co-head of debt capital markets for Asia Pacific at HSBC.
He joined HSBC in 1998 and is based in Singapore, with over 20 years of experience in the capital markets.
Prior to his current role, he was deputy head of DCM Asia Pacific. Before that, he was based in Sydney as head of capital financing for Australia & New Zealand, managing the DCM, leverage finance, project finance and M&A teams. From 2005 to 2011, he was based in Hong Kong as the head of debt syndicate for Asia Pacific. Henderson started his career at HSBC in London on the European corporate syndicate desk.
Nitin Soni
Fitch Ratings
Nitin Soni is a senior director in Fitch Ratings’ Asia Pacific corporate ratings team and heads up the natural resources team in South & South-East Asia, covering issuers in sector such as oil and gas, metals and mining, chemicals and cement. He chairs all the companies’ committees in the region for natural resources.
Prior to this role, Soni used to cover companies in the telecom, media and technology industry.
Before joining Fitch in 2008, Soni worked with Bank of America as a credit analyst covering the European TMT sector. He began his career at Deloitte Haskins and Sells as a statutory and internal auditor.
Diwakar Vijayvergia

Diwakar Vijayvergia is a senior vice president and portfolio manager on the Asia fixed income team in Singapore, focusing on Asia Pacific and emerging-market fixed-income strategies. Prior to this he was a senior credit analyst on AB’s credit research team specialising in South-East Asia and India corporate credit. Vijayvergia has worked as a credit analyst since 2006 and has covered multiple regions, sectors and capital structures.
Before joining the firm in 2018, he was a senior vice president and head of credit strategy at Jefferies International, focusing on high yield and distressed credit in Asia. Prior to that, Vijayvergia was a senior desk analyst for eight years at RBS, covering global distressed opportunities, private financing and performing credits.
Amit Singh
Linklaters
Amit Singh is partner, head of Linklaters India Group and a capital markets specialist. Qualified to practice as a lawyer in New York, England and Wales, India, Hong Kong SAR, and Singapore, he advises issuers and underwriters on the full range of debt and equity issues, as well as providing clients with general corporate advice associated with capital issues.
Singh leads a team which does more DCM and ECM work than any other international law firm active in India, which includes high profile bond deals (from investment grade to high yield and highly structured and innovative bonds) and IPOs, QIPs, follow-on offerings, and rights issues.
Daniel Stanton

Daniel Stanton is editor of IFR Asia and is based in Singapore. He has been with IFR Asia since 2009, during which time he has held roles including Asia bond editor and Asia equities editor.
