Mark Lewellen

Mark Lewellen is co-head of global debt capital markets and risk solutions for Barclays, based in London. The group is responsible for the marketing, origination and execution of bonds, hybrid capital, loans and risk management products for corporate, financial institution and public sector clients globally. Lewellen has 20 years of experience in debt capital markets and risk management, focusing on cross-border event-driven financings for a range of clients. He has been with Barclays since 2000 and was previously at UBS Warburg.
Frederic Zorzi
Global Head of Primary Markets, BNP Paribas
Frederic Zorzi is global head of primary markets within global markets at BNP Paribas in London. His main focus is on credit intensive products (corporates and financials) across the rating spectrum from investment-grade to high-yield. He joined BNP Paribas in 2002 as head of corporate syndicate from Lehman Brothers in London, where he had been a director and syndicate manager since 2000. He arrived in London in 1995 to work on the primary desk at the-then Banque Nationale de Paris after starting his career in his native Monaco.
Henrik Johnsson
Co-Head of Global Debt Capital Markets and Debt Syndicate, Deutsche Bank
Henrik Johnsson is co-head of global DCM and head of EMEA debt syndicate at Deutsche Bank. He became head of high-yield syndicate in 2009, head of leveraged finance syndicate in 2013 and head of EMEA debt syndicate in 2015 responsible for corporate, FIG and SSA borrowers across high-yield, investment-grade and emerging markets. Johnsson was appointed to his current position in September 2016 and oversees origination and syndication of investment-grade and emerging market debt issuance across all sectors globally. He joined the bank in 2002 in the telecoms finance team.
Jean-Marc Mercier
Co-head of Global Debt Capital Markets, HSBC
Jean-Marc Mercier is global co-head of DCM at HSBC in London, a role he has held for the past three years. Mercier has over 20 years’ experience in DCM and was previously global head of debt and loans syndicate. He has played a key role in establishing HSBC’s market-leading DCM platform across developed and emerging markets. Starting his career as a trader in 1987 at Banque Indosuez in London and Paris, Mercier joined HSBC from Credit Commercial de France in 2000.
