Delp Walker is joint head of Americas ECM and global head of equity syndicate at Jefferies, which she joined in 2010. Delp Walker has over 20 years of capital markets experience, leading over 500 equity transactions raising in excess of US$125bn. She joined Jefferies following 14 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, 12 of which were in ECM.
Nelson Griggs

Griggs is executive vice-president of listing services where he oversees Nasdaq’s new listings and capital market business, as well as global business development and relationship management with the 3,500 companies listed on Nasdaq’s markets around the world. Griggs also serves as a board member of the Nasdaq Private Market, where he advises on strategy and operations.
Brett Paschke
William Blair
Brett Paschke is the head of equity capital markets at William Blair & Company, responsible for the sourcing, structuring and execution of public equity offerings. Paschke is a member of the firm’s equity commitment committee. He served on the IPO Task Force which produced the recommendations that became the basis for the JOBS Act, a key piece of legislation that has streamlined IPOs for emerging growth companies.
Anna Pinedo
Morrison & Foerster
Pinedo has concentrated her practice on securities and derivatives, working with issuers, intermediaries and investors. She also works with banks to develop and structure new products. Pinedo has particular financing expertise in certain industries, including technology, telecommunications, healthcare, financial institutions, REITs and consumer finance. She is the co-author of JOBS Act Quick Start, among other publications.
Brian Reilly
Barclays
Reilly is global head of ECM and is also a member of the Americas banking operating committee. He joined Barclays from Lehman Brothers in 2008 as head of asset management within the financial institutions group. He was named head of Americas ECM in 2010, and was appointed to his current position in 2014. Before joining Lehman Brothers, Reilly was a corporate lawyer.
Joseph Scharfenberger
CCMP Capital
Scharfenberger is a managing director in the New York office of CCMP and a member of the firm’s investment committee. He focuses on investments in the consumer sector. Prior to joining CCMP in 2008, Scharfenberger worked at Bear Stearns Merchant Banking and before that in the private equity division at Toronto Dominion Securities.
